As Vice President of the LMU-DCOM chapter of SOMA it is my responsibility to support and collaborate with the President, to oversee all committees, to assist with meetings, and most importantly to keep the general membership informed on our current activities.

This academic year there are several specific goals I have as Vice President.  First and foremost I will be available and receptive to the needs of our general membership.  I also would like to work with our Director of Professional Development, Ryan Rose, to set up a panel of 3rd year classmates so that 1st and 2nd year students have an opportunity to gain perspective on rotations and life in the hospital/clinic.  Additionally, I would like to work with Colin Kenny, our Director of Political Affairs, to incorporate more of our general membership in D.O. Day on the Hill and provide them with relevant information regarding healthcare reform in the political realm.
